Parties, family gatherings, dinners out, date night, office functions, birthdays…it is SO EASY to over-indulge. The guilt that comes after over indulging is not fun…BUT you CAN get back on track. Check with your doctor first to make sure you are okay with detoxing, but below is a great “Day after over-indulging” detox to re-set your body for the day and get back on track and inspired.

Next Day Detox:
- Start your morning, as in the VERY first thing that you drink before coffee, with hot water with an entire lemon squeezed in. Sip and enjoy. The lemon will help your body break down what you indulged in the night before
- The remainder of the day, drink plenty of water
- Stick to lean protein and grilled or baked veggies for meals
- End your day with an orange or another glass of lemon water
*Note: If you are pregnant or nursing, a detox is not recommended.
