My Favorite WorkoutS Right now...

Any of these workouts can be done in a gym but if there is no gym - no problem! Weighted movements can be done with body weight or with a water bottle. If you try any of these workouts the next time you're travelling please be sure to let me know!
5 Rounds of Full Body:
  1. Lateral Banded Walks
  2. DB Reverse Fly to Row
  3. KB Russian Twists
  4. KB Box Squats to Jump
This ab circuit can be done alone or in combination with any travel workout! A lot of sitting happens during travel so let's make sure to keep your core strong and engaged!
4 Rounds of Abs:
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 20 Total Alt Toe Touch Sit Ups
  • 10 Burpees
  •  10 Air Squats
I always make a point to get outside for at least a 10-20 minute walk on my trips. Fresh air and movement have many positive benefits for your body and mind. Just make sure to check the weather and pack accordingly! Took my kettlebell with me on my walk and completed multiple rounds of:
Outdoor KB:
  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 thrusters
  • 10 high pulls
Travelling tends to throw us off of our routine but getting in a little movement is always better than nothing! Try this next time you're travelling.
Airport Workout of the Day:
  • 10 dips
  • 10 squats
  • 10 push-ups
