I love all things fitness, wellness and food. I believe in a keep it simple approach to nutrition – as a way to fuel your body, being mindful of stress levels – because too much stress can affect your wellbeing, as well as setting aside time to get a good sweat in – no matter where you are! I wholeheartedly believe that if we work on these three components they can all be combined together to create an awesome way to live a life that’s wholesome, balanced deprivation free life!

Meal Prep sounds great and when we are really “on our game” it is awesome – but what about when life gets in the way and we lose track of our goals and in return prepping for our days? I am constantly commuting for work whether by car or by plane – so I understand time constraints and priorities, especially when it comes to trying to stay healthy and fit. Based on my personal experience, I decided to write a list of 4 Easy Meal Prep Hacks.
